How to cook?

1. Put a container with a thick bottom on the stove, pour 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, pour in the contents of the bag and heat the mixture for several minutes, stirring so that the vegetables do not burn.
2. Add 60-80 ml of dry white wine and stirring to allow it to evaporate.
3. Take 600-700 ml of water or broth, pour part (300-350 ml) into the mixture, add salt, pepper to taste, mix and bring to a boil.
4. As the liquid is absorbed, gradually add the second part of the water or broth, stirring. Cook for 20-25 minutes on low heat.
5. Remove from heat, add butter, let it brew for 5 minutes. Before serving, add grated Parmesan cheese to taste.
