Bulgur TM Zhmenka is very useful due to trace elements and vitamins contained in it. This cereal is easily absorbed, and the body receives a set of important components: saturated fatty acids, mono- and disaccharides, dietary fiber, vitamin complex (B1, B2, B4, B5, B6, B9, E, K, PP), minerals – potassium , calcium, phosphorus, iron, magnesium, zinc, copper, selenium, etc.

It is very easy, simple and quick to prepare bulgur in boil-in-bags TM “Zhmenka”:
