The presence of a significant amount of vitamins (mainly B and E vitamins) and minerals (magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, iron, etc.) makes steamed rice a particularly useful food product, which is often used in dietary nutrition.
Vegetables and herbs are made by natural drying with the preservation of taste, nutritional value and useful properties of fresh products.

Recommended Reference Intakes for an average adult (8400 kJ / 2000 kcal) (according to the requirements of EU Regulation No. 1169/11).

1. Bring 550-600 ml of water or broth to a boil, add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil.
2. Pour the contents of the package, mix thoroughly, add salt, pepper to taste, cover and cook over low heat for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Remove from heat, add butter if desired, mix and let it brew for 3-5 minutes.
Suitable for cooking in a multicooker.
